Barry Wayne Simon created Venting Events three years ago as a community service. They have been held for the public monthly for the past two years and are now available for organizations, corporations and associations to improve morale, reduce stress and create a more compassionate, healthy and productive workplace.

Barry Wayne's Venting Events are a positive way for a group of participants to VENT the issues of the day in an entertaining, solution-oriented, non-confrontational forum to express whatever is most on their mind and leave feeling better.

Venting Events now include Benefit Venting Events such as one providing new shoes for homeless children in Santa Monica, CA.
